Why TIVAS exists
I started True Impact Virtual Advisory Services to give other business owners what I wished I'd had: a financial partner who speaks plainly, understands what running a business actually feels like, and turns the numbers into a next move.
Twenty-five years of owning and operating a business — plus a finance background — taught me that most owners don't need more reports. They need someone to sit with them and say here's what this means, and here's what I'd do next.

With 25+ years as a small business owner, a background in finance, and years of experience in bookkeeping and dashboard design, I focus on translating financial, marketing, and operational data into insights leaders can trust and act on.
I also homeschool my daughters — an experience that reinforces long-term planning, adaptability, clear communication, and measuring progress. Those same skills show up in the work: setting objectives, tracking meaningful metrics, and adjusting strategy without losing sight of long-term outcomes.
